Mark represents employers and employees in a wide variety of employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He also counsels employers on employee disciplinary matters, litigation avoidance, employee handbook policies, arbitration agreements, leaves of absence, the California Family Rights Act, the federal Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. In addition, Mark represents employers and employees in wage and hour disputes, and conducts wage and hour audits for employers.
Mark began his career with the national labor and employment law firm of Fisher & Phillips, LLP. Most recently, he practiced with the international firm of Winston & Strawn, LLP.
